Mt. Prospect Park, LLC 
Mt. Prospect Park, LLC was formed to acquire and redevelop Mt. Prospect Park located in Clifton, New Jersey. The property features five freestanding one-story office buildings and one three-story office building on 2.35 acres of land. At the time of the purchase, the property had approximately 38,000 square feet of net rentable building area.
Frontera co-invested with other accredited investors in this $7.5m redevelopment project in November 2004, in exchange for a significant minority stake in the project. The redevelopment plans are to convert Mt. Prospect into a mixed-use office and residential complex by tearing down all the existing structures and converting them into modern office buildings and residential condominiums for resale. |
